Hotel Bystra - Brezno

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The location is perfect for skiing as it is close to the main ski areas. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade marmalade and fresh fruits. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome. The leisure facilities were great for both adults and children, with a big pool and new spa area. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing.

We did find a few negative aspects to our stay. Firstly, the room was small, especially the bathroom. Additionally, the curtains in the bedroom needed some attention. Secondly, the dinner options were poor and overpriced, which was a disappointment. Finally, staff should guide guests in the leisure area so as not to ruin the experience for other guests. Despite these issues, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Nestled in a peaceful and picturesque area, this hotel is an ideal destination for nature enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable and cozy, while the bathrooms are small yet clean. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. the breakfast is delicious featuring a variety of options. the wellness facilities are refreshing and well-maintained, consisting of a sauna, jacuzzi, and pool.

The dinner options at the hotel are limited and not worth the price.

The hotel's location was perfect with easy access to tourist attractions. the spa and pool facilities were great, and the New Year's Eve party was amazing. the staff was courteous and accommodating.

The room was small and cramped, and it did not smell very pleasant. We had a disappointing experience with the quality of food.

The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere as it was surrounded by a lot of greenery. I enjoyed the great leisure facilities with a big pool and new spa area. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was superb with a variety of dishes to choose from.
